Adding AmpCoil to Your Biohack Stacks

Adding AmpCoil to Your Biohack Stacks

In this article, we explore ways to add AmpCoil’s proprietary sound and PEMF technology to your biohack stacks so you can maximize wellness.

What is biohacking?

Biohacking can be described as DIY biology using tools and healing modalities designed to help you make small, incremental biological shifts with the goal of cumulatively creating larger shifts towards a healthier body and overall wellbeing.

What is biohack stacking?

Biohack stacking is combining your favorite biohacks, like AmpCoil, with other biohacks. These biohacks can include everything from essential oils and exercise to cold exposure, breathwork, red light therapy, or sound and PEMF technology like AmpCoil.

What are the benefits of biohacking stacking?

Amplify Benefits: Stacking can amplify the benefits of each modality and create a synergy to support your system more widely. For example, one biohack might promote detoxing and AmpCoil could assist by helping to clear lymphatic drainage pathways so that whatever the first modality loosens up actually finds its way out of your system.

Save Time: Since you use more than one biohack at once, stacking can also save time.

Keep Things Fresh: There are so many ways to biohack stack that you’ll never get bored with the same old wellness routine. Stacking allows you to combine your AmpCoil with other healing modalities, play around, and discover what combinations work best for your body. Plus, it’s fun!

How are People stacking AmpCoil with other healing modalities?

AmpCoil is a proprietary PEMF system that combines the science of sound therapy and Pulsed Electromagnetic Field (PEMF) therapy into one portable device.  PEMF therapy excites electrons, helping cells to breathe, make more energy, and dump their garbage, so Carleigh Rochon of Bay Area Brain Spa likes to incorporate AmpCoil with their touchless Lymphatic Drainage Massage pants.

“I've been doing AmpCoil in the squeezy pants and it's been really good,” Carleigh said during a recent video call with AmpCoil. “I’ve also run the AmpCoil on the Migun acupressure table. That was beautiful.”

“I have a heating pad that would resemble a BioMAT which has moon crystals in there. It’s incredibly down-regulating for me and I find that alternating the warmth of the mat and the coil is like my number one stack,” said Freddie Kimmel of AmpCoil and The Beautifully Broken Podcast"

“The other thing I've had people do is red light therapy on the bottoms of the feet. All those acupuncture points in the feet are activated as well as everything being activated from the AmpCoil as it hits, like DC Meridian systems,” Freddie said.

Tina Hice from Back to Our Roots, a wellness center in Buffalo New York, said, “We’ve worked with a lot of kids with autism. So, we've seen huge benefits with neurofeedback and then piggybacking that with an AmpCoil session. Depending on the person, we’ll do AmpCoil first to get them ready to receive neural feedback. It's been a great marriage.”

“I stack with my grandkids too,” Tina continued. “They walk in and say, do you have any oils? And can I AmpCoil too?”

What other biohacking modalities pair with the AmpCoil?

Every body is different, so different stacks will resonate with different people. The fun part is combining different wellness tools and discovering which ones make you feel best. What you stack is up to you. Here are some possibilities:

  • Infrared sauna
  • Red light therapy
  • Cold plunge/cryotherapy
  • Epsom salt baths
  • Ionic foot baths
  • Infrared sauna blanket
  • Infrared heating pad
  • Dry salt therapy
  • Lymphatic drainage massage
  • Nutritional IVs
  • … and many more!

Which stacks are right for you?

How you stack biohacks is up to you, but here are some things you can do to help you figure out what works best for you.

  1. Assess Before and After. Before you stack any modalities, assess how you’re feeling? Ask yourself, how does my physical body feel? What feels great? What feels off? What could feel better?

Then assess your mental and emotional wellbeing. Describe your mood. Write it all down so you can compare how you feel after you stack.
  2. Keep a Diary. Use an old school diary, notebook or create a calendar you can fill in with details. Start with your “before” assessment, followed by what you stacked, when you stacked it. Be sure to note any external factors like an argument with a loved one or a hard day at work.
  3. Track Impact. In your diary, describe how you felt before and after each stack. What did you like about it? What could have been better? What might you tweak for next time?
  4. Try new combinations.Simple things like switching up the foods you eat, how you exercise, or using a different AmpCoil journey can put a whole new spin on how you’re feeling. Remember to mix it up and have fun!
