To contact support visit the Customer Portal located with AmpCoil's NEW SUPPORT PLATFORM called the Knowledge Base. Log into the Knowledge Base with your email address and the password you created.
*If you have not created a password for the Knowledge Base please look for a registration email titled: You’re Invited: AmpCoil New Customer Portal & Knowledge Base from discover@ampcoil.com. Check your junk folder just in case! If you cannot locate the email please email support@ampcoil.com and we will resend it.

The New Knowledge Base is a searchable and easy-to-use library of resources so you can get your questions answered right away! The Customer Portal which is located within the Knowledge Base is where you can submit a ticket if you need further assistance. This improved support platform will replace the Owners Help Center so be sure to sign up!
